MEDIA FOR science conferences

Your conference creates news stories

Conferences are an opportunity to get your research field in front of the press

You’ve invested time and energy on getting top thought leaders together in one place. We can help you to make the most of it, from winning a bid, through to connecting journalists with speakers during the conference.

Conference organisers face special pressures that we understand. We led successful bids to bring two international conferences to Australia and then ran one of them: the World Conference of Science Journalists

We’ve supported over 20 major science and technology conferences

We’ve helped conferences large and small.

Highlights include generating over two hours of national television and 15 hours of radio features and talk for the 19th Congress of Genetics in 2003, and announcing the discovery of the Higgs Boson in conjunction with the International Conference on High Energy Physics, where we handled over 150 media requests.

Conference organisers face special pressures that we understand. We led successful bids to bring two international conferences to Australia and then ran one of them: the World Conference of Science Journalists, which attracted 620 delegates.

Reach out to discuss your conference media needs with us!
